2020年1月11日托福独立口语范文：In order to improve the academic performance of students, your university is planning to limit the hours per week that a student can spend on university jobs. Do you agree with or disagree with the policy? Please state your opinion and explain the reasons.

Personally speaking, I agree with the statement. The main reason is this can help students better concentrate on their study. Reducing working hours on university jobs, students will have sufficient time to review what the professor has taught, to digest the key knowledge learnt in class, to carefully read academic papers and so on, in this way students’ academic performances will be more satisfactory. On the contrary, if doing many university jobs, like being library assistants, campus tour guides or waiters in cafeterias, they will be distracted, spending much time serving others and improving service, consequently there might be deficient time for learning. After all, study is the priority for university students.
