I agree that employees should not be allowed to send personal information. The main reason is staffs will be more concentrated during working hours. Without tackling personal information, staffs can fully focus on their work, thinking about how to better satisfy customers, how to enhance the performance of their products, how to cut the costs during production, then their work will be better finished. Nevertheless, if staffs frequently cope with personal things, their attention might be distracted like what to eat after work, what films to see after work and so on, which will decline their working efficiency.
