Many tasks and projects we do at school require us to collaborate with others in a group. However, some people enjoy working with others while others prefer working by themselves. Who will most likely succeed in this kind of environment? In my opinion, are those people who work with others in a group.

Firstly, working others shows that you accept critiques and are flexible, thus other people will feel comfortable when working with you. Having different opinions on a subject in group work is inevitable and happens all the time. When others disagree with your ideas or are unsatisfied, listening to them and communicating with them could carry out interesting discussions. For example, if your partners disagree with your plan, considering their opinions shows that you will carefully think about their ideas, and together you can come up with a plan that is inclusive of all group members ’thoughts. This way, everyone would feel accepted and comfortable. Thus, students accepting criticism are more likely to succeed in group work.
