a. 同学喜欢： 一个和谐的同学人际关系就会被建立通过真诚没有谎言的交流。设想没有学生会喜欢和愿意说谎的人在一起工作。

b. 老师喜欢： 老师也会喜欢诚实的学生，会给这样的学生更多其他机会。

When it comes to what makes up a good leader, people with divergent backgrounds and ages may have different answers. So there arises a heated debate about the issue whether the most important quality in choosing the leader of a school organization or club is honesty. From my perspective, the above statement is an exaggerated claim.

Admittedly, honesty is an important trait for a leader, because their integrity lays a solid foundation for earning trust and respect from others. In other words, honest people are those who can meet their commitment and thus are worth listening to. However, to regard honesty as the most significant virtue of a leader is a piece of overemphasis, for there are other equally important traits that make up an excellent leader.

First of all, when we think of what makes someone a great leader, one characteristic that comes to mind is decisiveness. We do not envision successful leaders standing around appearing unclear and uncertain. Instead, we view them as people who are able to quickly arrive at their decisions and communicate the goals to others. To be more specific, leaders of a school organization or club often have to make challenging decisions, such as whether to keep old members of the organization, reposition them or let them go and what extracurricular activities to hold with limited budget, and many other such challenges. Obviously, making good decisions in difficult situations is no small feat because these types of decisions involve change, uncertainty, anxiety, stress, and sometimes the unfavorable reactions of others.
