b.助于自己在课外活动中成功：和别人不一样，有独到的想法和见解，更容易被选做课外活动的领导者

2.对大人有好处

a.容易找到工作：和别人不一样，具备别人不可取代的竞争力，容易找到工作

b.容易被老板提拔：能够在工作中创新，提出有独特的建议和方案，容易被老板提拔，利于自己晋升

托福独立写作范文：

Success can be perceived and achieved in many different ways. Some people believe being different holds the key while others attribute success to finding common grounds. I’d go for the former view because success depends on knowledge,experience and social circle.

First off, the acquisition of knowledge is a matter of individuality. The best problem-solving method varies from person to person. A strategy may work perfectly fine for one person, but would turn out to be counterproductive for another. Take my roommate for instance. He is usually spotted rushing from library to laboratory, from classroom to tennis court, burning mid-night oil to hit books before finals, and end up with straight A’s through every semester.Taking him as a role model, I started to follow suit. I signed up for various learning groups and it wasn’t long before I got more than I could handle on my plate and stretched myself too thin, eventually stressed out. It seems to me working around the clock may serve him well, but I’d suffer if I take it too far.

Second, there is no single way to success. When taking on a challenge, people who want to make a difference would think outside the box, trying out novel ideas and steering away from conventional routines. As Steve Jobs once put it,innovation distinguishes a leader and a follower. Being different and creative gives you what it takes to lead the tide. This gives them an edge to rise above the

We all admire the successful people. We always dream about that one day we might become as perfect as them. We do not have to worry about how to survive in this cruel society, we live in the life and enjoy it. In order to step on their path, we vigorously attend the speech they held to express how they achieve their goal and become the winners in their own life. However we are all different, their successful pattern might not be able to apply to us. For me I do not believe that we should duplicate any outstanding life pattern. Because we need to find out what we are really suitable for.

For example, once I really wanted to transfer my major to the department of law. I asked a lot of senior students, who had already succeed to do it, and enjoyed their new life in a new environment. I did what they told me to do, practicing a lot of exercises, writing down a lot of essays. But it did not work out, I failed, and all of these times I spent on it turned out to be a meaningless period. I fell behind my classmates who just focused on what they were really interested in. And I totally lost, could not find my way. Hence I understood the truth of success. Blindly following the path which not belonged to me is a ridiculous thing. Since everyone has their own passage to the success. In the end I went back to what I chose in the first place, and regain the meaningful college life.
