2015年3月28日托福独立写作题目：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: it is better to finish a project completely and then do another project than do two or more projects at the same time.有人认为优先完成一项任务要比同时完成两项或者多项任务要好，是否认同?

托福写作思路：

一次完成一项任务

1.效率高 > 一次多任务

a.减少时间：一次只做一项任务，就可以把花在其他任务的时间上都分配到这个任务上，可以及时在截止日期前完成;而一次处理多个事项，每个任务分配到的时间少了，容易花更多时间

b.减少错误：一次只做一项任务，能够更好地集中注意力，解决这个任务中的难题，降低错误率;而一次处理多个事项，精力被分散，会增加错误率

2.人际关系好 > 一次多任务

a.老板喜欢：员工效率提高、错误少，就会被老板信任和欣赏，有助于员工晋升;而一次处理多任务则结果相反

b.客户喜欢：员工的工作成果好，客户感到满意，就会改善公司的公众形象，吸引更多客户

托福独立写作范文一：

When talked about whether it is better to finish a project completely before beginning another project than work on two or more projects at the same time, I think that, beyond no doubt, it is more efficient to focus on one project at one time, though sometimes multi-tasking is also necessary.

The reason why I put great emphasis on finishing one task before moving on to another is that one’s energy is limited. What we should pursue is efficiency. When we are concentrating on one task, we devote ourselves to it. The preoccupation makes high efficiency. We will not waste time on handling completely different problems. Take my language learning experience as an example, I used to learn French and Japanese in my college – I took both courses every week. However, the two languages hardly have the common traits. When I needed to write French sentences, occasionally some Japanese grammatical rules popped out. Meanwhile, when I was practicing oral Japanese, suddenly I pronounced “Oui”(yes in French) instead of ”Hai” (yes in Japanese). Multi-tasking is the distraction which disturbs the learning process.
