There are a lot of things that companies can do to make their business more successful. I think the most important way for a company to generate a lot more business and profit is to invest in the training of their employees in matters of efficiency and proficiency.

To say it simply, by investing more in improving the efficiency and proficiency of its employees, a big company can gain more dollars. It is because the employees' working efficiency increases productivity and their functional proficiency upgrades quality. Productivity and quality are essential to the game of business. On the one hand, efficiency means you can successfully complete a task using the existing time and material to the best advantage.
