Personally speaking, I agree with such a policy, because such a policy is good for employees’ health, both physically and mentally. By having more chances to do activities, such as jogging, stretching, working out in the gym, employees might be temporarily away from their computer screens, then staffs will be less likely to suffer from myopic eyes, cervical spondylosis, even the protrusion of intervertebral disc and so on. I definitely agree with this policy because it’ll make me feel relaxed. For example, i remember when i was in college, i was intended to find myself an internship to do.
